Safia Westfield is an award-winning entertainment sales executive, luxury yacht event producer, and founder of Popcorn Mania Confections. With a decorated career in the entertainment and hospitality industry, she has generated millions in revenue and planned some of the most memorable milestone events across the social, corporate, and political sectors throughout Washington, D.C.
From high-profile galas and waterfront celebrations to corporate experiences and once-in-a-lifetime social events, Safia has built a reputation for excellence, precision, and unforgettable guest experiences. She currently works full time in event production on luxury yachts, curating elevated experiences as her vessels cruise the Potomac River with iconic views of the nation’s capital.
Before building Popcorn Mania, Safia thrived as an event producer and marketing strategist, curating impactful experiences for brands, organizations, and communities across the DMV. However, after experiencing a personal injury while giving birth to her son, she was forced to pivot.
That moment became her reinvention.
What began as a creative outlet in her kitchen quickly evolved into Popcorn Mania Maryland, now recognized across the region for gourmet popcorn, and handcrafted confections made with intention and excellence.
Her mission extends far beyond snacks. Safia is building a purpose-driven brand that creates joy, opportunity, and second chances, particularly for moms, individuals with disabilities, and those navigating a fresh start. She also volunteers with Lasagna Love, preparing and delivering meals to families in need, reflecting her commitment to service both inside and outside of business.
When she is not producing luxury yacht events or scaling her confectionery brand, she is spending time with her son Ethan, developing signature flavor drops, and dreaming bigger than ever.

Shawqi Morgan is full of energy, passion, and big dreams! Based in Charlotte, NC, she’s officially joining the Popcorn Mania Confections family as our Southeast Partner, overseeing North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Shawqi is all about people — she loves building relationships, creating experiences, and sharing joy through great snacks. With her drive and warm personality, she’s ready to spread the magic of Popcorn Mania all across the Southeast.
